Qualifications

• Interest in mechanical and plumbing trades, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to safety, with readiness to follow company safety policies and use protective equipment.
• Reliable work habits, including punctuality, accountability, and consistent attendance.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with supervisors and crew members.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior exposure to construction, mechanical, or plumbing work is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Tulsa, OK preferred.

Responsibilities
