Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our field team in Frederick, MD.

You will install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems, diagnose equipment across major brands, perform routine maintenance, and communicate clearly with customers about performance and recommendations. You will maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential water treatment experience.
• Strong knowledge of water softeners, filtration systems, RO systems, and related equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $28-35 per hour

Schedule: Full-time position

Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team.

• Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation
• Ability to work in residential environments, including tight or confined spaces

Work Environment

• Field-based role working in residential customer homes
• Local travel required
