Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an Entry-Level Water Treatment Apprentice in Maryland. This paid training role requires no prior experience and offers a clear path to advancement.

You will assist with installing residential systems (water softeners, RO, UV, acid neutralizers), support service calls, and learn well-system fundamentals while working in customers' homes. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Residential field-based work in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems including water softeners, filtration, RO, UV, acid neutralizers and pressure tanks.
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting.
• Learn residential well system fundamentals.
• Work directly with customers in their homes.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including:
  • Water softeners and filtration systems
  • Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
  • UV purification systems
  • Acid neutralizers and pressure tanks
• Support service calls and basic troubleshooting
• Learn residential well system fundamentals
• Work directly with customers in their homes
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
