Job summary

Four Corners Construction LLC is seeking a Floor Installer to join our team. You will travel to various job sites, discuss floor needs with clients, and advise on the best product and installation based on their needs.

You will measure rooms, determine flooring quantities, and use best practices to lay carpet, hardwood, LVP, or other materials, delivering a beautiful, safe final product. Ideal candidates have construction experience and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work on hands and knees.
• Willingness to learn new flooring techniques and adapt to environments.

Responsibilities

• Look at a room and determine the flooring needs, including the type of underlay required for the material used
• Measure rooms and spaces to determine the amount of flooring needed to complete the project
• Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer
• Lay multiple types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, LVP, grinding and polishing concrete, and more

The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is interested in learning how to lay multiple types of flooring, and can work well within a team environment.
