Job summary

Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is seeking a hands-on technician to join our locally owned, owner-operated team. You’ll repair tasks with creativity, typically completing repairs in under an hour, while delivering world-class service to tenants and property managers.

This role offers a clear path to advancement, a daytime schedule with no weekends or late shifts, paid holidays and PTO, plus base pay with performance bonuses and tool/mileage stipends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a hobby
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors and match color accurately
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have valid driver’s license
