Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC seeks an Apprentice to join our team in New York. You will assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, gaining hands-on experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring HVAC and electrical equipment, maintaining logs, and following safety protocols while participating in on-the-job training and required union coursework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Apprentice to join our team. The Apprentice will assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES

• High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems
• Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Salary: $18.00 per hour
