Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; sophomore status or above; minimum GPA 3.00.
• Majors in business or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of agricultural and rural real estate appraisal.
• Supports the Appraisal Department through workflow analysis, AI and automation initiatives, data analytics, and process improvement projects.
• Assists with identifying efficiency opportunities, testing emerging technologies, researching property data solutions, and developing tools to improve appraisal quality and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities of an Appraisal Intern:

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Majors in business or related fields preferred.
• Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Strong interest in or prior experience working in the agricultural and/or real estate sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
