Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; sophomores or higher preferred.
• GPA 3.0+ and strong interest in agricultural/real estate sectors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completion of real property appraisals and/or valuations.
• Assist with on-site inspection of real property collateral.
• Assist with collection and analysis of comparable real property sales data.
• Completion of real property value studies.
• Support staff in delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Majors in business or related fields preferred.
• Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Strong interest in or prior experience working in the agricultural and/or real estate sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
