Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education with coursework in appraisal, real estate, statistics, or data processing.
• Two years of related experience, preferably in real estate.
• Some office experience with computers.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Technical inspections and statistical analysis in the Assessor’s Division.
• Data entry in the appraisal system and processing abatements, exemptions, personal property, and address changes.
• Provide excellent customer service in the office and in the field.
