PrideGlobal’s client in Dallas, TX is hiring an Appraisal Analyst to support residential mortgage operations, appraisal-related processes, funding, and closing in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of residential mortgage experience and understands mortgage processing, servicing activities, and applicable regulatory requirements, with a focus on accuracy and process efficiency in a hybrid work setting. This 12-month contract offers a dynamic role in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential mortgage experience
• Experience with mortgage processing, closing, and funding
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing activities such as loan onboarding, escrow, and remittance processing
• Understanding of applicable mortgage servicing regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay: $32–$33/hour

Schedule: Hybrid on a 12 month contract
