Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with customers in retail, restaurant/food service, hospitality, customer service, call center, telemarketing, or similar.
• Ability to reliably work the full posted schedule onsite in Fulton, MD.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, qualify interest, and schedule in-home sales appointments.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM systems.
