Renewal by Andersen is hiring outgoing individuals to represent our brand at local events, retail locations, and community sites in Knoxville, TN. You will start conversations, build rapport with potential customers, and help set up in-home consultations for the sales team.

We offer $18/hour with weekly bonuses, paid training in communication, lead generation, and event marketing, and opportunities for growth. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs.
