Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing individuals to represent our brand at local events, retail locations, and community sites. You will engage with homeowners, start conversations, and share information about our window and door solutions.

This role offers $16 per hour plus weekly performance bonuses, free training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to participate in events.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations.
