Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is looking for energetic brand representatives to engage customers at events, retail locations, and community venues in Illinois. You will start conversations, share information about our window and door solutions, and help set up complimentary in-home consultations for the sales team.

The role offers an $21.50/hour base with weekly bonuses, training, mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
