Job summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to be the first point of contact, connecting patients with the care they need and coordinating their schedules within our healthcare network.

You will handle calls, pre-certification, tests, referrals, and patient communications with compassion and accuracy, while collecting insurance information and, if needed, co-pays. This role supports seamless care coordination across services.

Qualifications

Every day, you will expertly manage patient schedules, clarify instructions, and leverage technology to ensure seamless care coordination, all while offering compassionate support to diverse patient populations.
