To schedule all new and returning patients. Scheduling will include patients in the clinic as well as those on the telephone.
Supervision and reporting is from the department manager..
Involves minimal physical requirements, sedentary working conditions, also requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
Work in a clinical office environment with frequent telephone contact from patients.
Must be able to communicate effectively in a very professional and courteous manner, ability to work in stressful situations, excellent organizational skills and a professional attitude.
Licenses, Certifications or Education Requirements: High School Graduate or equivalent.
