This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a competitive hourly rate of $15 plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, sales, call center, or BDC experience required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
