Job summary

The Jarrett Ford Automotive Group is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to coordinate with the Service department, Quicklane, Body Shop, and Parts to schedule customer appointments in an organized manner and ensure parts required are available and ordered in a timely fashion.

The scheduler will contact customers before their appointment to confirm details and gather the necessary information, enabling a smooth, on-time experience at the dealership.
