Zūm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people, who are transforming student transportation. As a Non-CDL Van Driver at Zūm, you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students, using a combination of industry-standard tools and Zūm's proprietary platform.

Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
• Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
• Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
