Summit Polymers is seeking an Applique Molding Operator/Associate who will operate molding machines, perform trimming and packing, and monitor quality. You will follow instruction sheets, inspect parts, record data, and support 5S and housekeeping requirements on the line.
Responsibilities include counting, weighing, labeling, assisting with breaks, and raising any machine issues to supervision. A High School Diploma or GED is required; you must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30

REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Manufacturing (Molding)
Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor, the Applique Molding Operator/Associate is assigned to standardized work of a routine nature involving molding machine operation. Work generally involves the use of simple hand tools, trimming, retrieving, counting, weighing, packing and general overall inspection of part. Responsibilities include; distribution within the plant, placement and removal of parts from fixtures, monitoring and recording quality assurance, including charting of machine factors affecting quality. Applique Molding Operators/Associates are required to perform continuous visual and manual quality checks in accordance with standardized guidelines.
High School Diploma or GED.
This position typically does not require any travel.
