Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, digital strategy, or strategy consultancy.
• Proficiency in data analytics to drive strategic outcomes and hands-on use of emerging tools (e.g., Google AI Suite).
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder discovery sessions and present strategy to clients.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional project teams to deliver complex projects on schedule.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of media channels and business levers.

Responsibilities

• Define business and marcomm challenges through independent research and clear briefs, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support planning and development of channel or integrated campaign strategies.
• Analyze data relationships to shape insights, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools in daily workflows and ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional orchestration and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Engage internal and client stakeholders in meetings and presentations.
• Ensure timelines with PM partners and pivot as needed.
• Evaluate and adopt new digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
