Job summary

Citizen Relations Inc. seeks an Applied Strategist (Level II) to work with the Applied Strategy & Intelligence team, guiding portfolio strategies and delivering insights, multi-channel plans, and creative strategies for major global brands.

You will lead in executing strategic problem defining, campaign planning, data analytics, AI integration, and client-facing presentations while collaborating across PR, creative, and experiential departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, digital strategy, or strategy consultancy.
• Proficiency in using data analytics to drive strategic outcomes.
• Experience presenting strategy directly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic problems and articulate needs in briefs.
• Support planning and development of integrated campaign strategies.
• Analyze data to shape insights and growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI in daily workflows while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
• Engage with internal and client stakeholders in meetings and presentations.
