Job summary

Prime Video's Personalization and Discovery team seeks a self-motivated Applied Scientist to advance the state of the art in AI for customer experiences. You will be a hands-on ML practitioner and research leader, guiding models from development to production at scale, impacting millions of Amazon customers.

You will work on Deep Learning, GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, and optimization solutions, partner with engineers and PMs, run offline and online experiments, and publish impactful findings

Qualifications

• 3+ years building models for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models and solutions for Prime Video personalization and discovery.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deploy end-to-end AI solutions.
• Design offline and online experiments (A/B) to validate models and improvements.
• Publish research findings in top conferences and journals.
