Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's + 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, HPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions for Prime Video Personalization systems using DL, GenAI, RL, and optimization methods.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions end-to-end.
• Design and run offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate solutions with data analyses.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in modeling techniques and publish findings in top conferences.
• Work with teams to deploy solutions in production and impact customers.
