Amazon.com Services LLC's Prime Video organization is seeking a research-minded machine learning scientist to own end-to-end product, user experience, design and technology choices for personalized video experiences.

You'll develop ML models for recommendation and search, collaborate with engineers, scientists and product managers, publish research findings at conferences, and stay current with the latest modeling techniques to advance our platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s degree with 4+ years in CS/CE/ML.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel/distributed computing, HPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for recommendation and search using deep learning, online learning and optimization.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers and product managers to expand product insights.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements and latest modeling techniques.
• Publish research findings in top conferences and journals.
