Job summary

Amazon’s Prime Video team is seeking an Applied Scientist to advance generative AI for video content. You will build models for production use, push ML experiments from concept to deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions across the Prime Video platform.

The role focuses on computer vision, deep learning, and generative AI, requiring strong communication and the ability to translate findings into business impact and customer delight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s degree and 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Responsibilities

• Build generative AI models that create production-ready content.
• Drive end-to-end ML projects with ambiguity and scale.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy ML models and perform experiments.
• Establish scalable automated processes for large-scale data analysis and model development.
• Share knowledge via internal/external forums.
