You will own experimentation systems, models, and online serving infrastructure for scalable, real-time ad allocation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of scientists or ML engineers management experience.
• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of scientists and engineers in building scalable machine learning solutions.
• Develop a vision for contextualizing and personalizing SP ads in Amazon search.
• Create, develop, and drive a data-driven product strategy to define measures of shopper impact.
• Tackle and solve challenging science and business problems balancing advertisers, shoppers, and Amazon.
• Own a portfolio of long-term investments driving growth of ads and retail businesses.
• Develop real-time LLM and ML algorithms to allocate billions of ads per day.
• Develop algorithms for multi-objective optimization and AI control for the ad marketplace.
