Amazon Business is seeking an Applied Science Manager to lead a world-class team of scientists and researchers. You will own the science strategy powering decisions across customer acquisition, lifecycle, and marketing, with models running in production to influence billions in revenue.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across Business Prime, CPS, and Marketing to define experiments, roadmaps, and investment theses that shape the business strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of applied scientists and research scientists, setting the technical vision and multi-year science roadmap.
• Own predictive modeling and marketing science work impacting billions in revenue across Business Prime segments.
• Develop and validate causal inference frameworks for marketing mix, attribution, and ROI optimization.
