Prime Intellect, Inc. seeks an Applied Researcher to own RL programs from problem framing through deployed improvements. You will work with customer researchers, engineers, and leaders to turn workflows into evaluative environments and reward signals, driving measurable outcomes.

You will conduct post-training experiments, deploy results, and craft reusable assets to enrich Prime's shared stack, while translating findings into business decisions with strong Python-based tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer-embedded technical work or applied ML projects with real build ownership.
• Ability to connect experimental evidence to business decisions without lowering research quality.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation loops.
• Strong Python skills and ability to produce artifacts for researchers and engineers to run and extend.
• Comfort handling ambiguous problems and keeping partners updated as you work.

Responsabilités

• Own RL programs from initial ambiguity through a deployed improvement loop.
• Develop environments, evaluations, and reward signals for external programs.
• Run post-training experiments, deploy results, and generalize them into reusable platform components.
• Collaborate directly with customer researchers, engineers, and leaders and be externally facing.
• Drive deployment decisions and contribute artifacts back to Prime's research, engineering, and product teams.
