Job summary

Prime Intellect is building the open frontier AI stack and rapidly expanding its Applied Research team. You will craft RL-based environments, evaluators, and long-horizon agents that drive real-world investigations and production systems.

Externally facing roles involve working with customers and partners to translate research into practical capabilities, with a focus on robust, auditable results across noisy data and markets.

Qualifications

• Depth in RL, agents, or post-training systems.
• Hands-on with model-training loops and evaluations.
• Strong experimental judgment and clear failure attribution.
• Strong Python and ability to build runnable artifacts.
• Comfort owning ambiguous problems and keeping partners updated.

Responsibilities

• Build environments, evaluations, agents, and post-training methods.
• Work with customers, users, or research partners externally.
• Develop production loops with monitoring and governance gates.
• Create verifiable research artifacts for reuse across projects.
