You will own the path from emerging research artifacts to excellent open‑source and product experiences, partnering with engineering to shape stable interfaces and reusable components.

Qualificações

• Ownership of open-source ML or developer-tool systems.
• Experience building and debugging model-training and evaluation loops.
• Strong experimental judgment and willingness to adapt based on evidence.
• Proficiency in Python to build runnable artifacts for researchers/engineers.
• Ability to manage ambiguous problems and keep partners updated.

Responsabilidades

• Own path from research artifact to open-source and product experience.
• Build core open-source RL, environment, evaluation, and agent systems.
• Develop researcher-facing features in our training platform with engineering and design.
• Create APIs, examples, reference implementations, and explanations exposing useful abstractions.
• Collaborate with researchers and external contributors to ship high-quality research artifacts.
