Prime Intellect, Inc. is building an open frontier AI platform that unifies compute, environments, evaluations, and deployment for post-training at frontier scale.

We seek researchers to develop post-training agents for scientific work and tool use, collaborating with customers and partners to push the boundaries of autonomous research. You will contribute to RL-based methods, multi-agent strategies, and reproducible experiments, while shaping a next-generation AI infrastructure used across

Qualifications

• Depth in RL, agents, or post-training systems.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training loops.
• Strong Python and the ability to build artifacts others can run and inspect.
• Strong experimental judgment: baselines, traceability, attribution, and direction changes.

Responsibilities

• Externally facing role; work with customers, users, or research partners while pursuing a substantive research agenda.
• Build experimental loops for scientific tools and datasets; replicate and extend studies.
• Design verifiers for correctness, novelty, reproducibility and detect leakage or shortcuts.
• Link programmatic checks, simulations, domain models, and expert feedback to training pipelines.
• Develop RL and multi-agent methods and benchmark against strong baselines.
• Keep code, data, logs, and configurations reproducible and reusable.
