Qualifications

• Experience conducting applied social science research on human behavior.
• Familiarity with measurement methods and tools for workforce assessment.
• Ability to translate research findings into workforce planning and competency development.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic workforce planning and competency management.
• Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) and strategic job task analyses (SJTAs).
• Develop maturity models, competence assessments, and workforce surveys.
• Provide consultative services to HR professionals and NGA leadership.
