Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разработка и внедрение генеративных AI-решений на базе LLM, Transformers и других архитектур.
• Разработка и оптимизация конвейеров NLP и компьютерного зрения.
• Построение RAG-систем (поиск, эмбеддинги, векторное индексирование).
• Обучение, тонкая настройка и оценка генеративных моделей.
• Интеграция моделей в продакшн через API и облачные платформы.
• Оптимизация производительности, задержек и масштабируемости AI-компонентов.
• Сотрудничество с инженерами для готовности к продакшну.
• Выявление бизнес-проблем и перевод их в AI-решения.
• Постоянная оценка новых исследований и инструментов для практического внедрения.

• Design and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs, Transformers, GANs, and other deep learning architectures
• Develop and optimize NLP and/or computer vision pipelines
• Build RAG systems (retrieval, embeddings, vector search) where applicable
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate generative models
• Integrate AI models into production systems via APIs and cloud platforms
• Optimize performance, latency, and scalability of AI components
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure production readiness
• Work with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Continuously evaluate new research and tools for practical adoption

Требования:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals
• Experience with generative models (LLMs, Transformers, GANs, VAEs, or similar)
• Experience building NLP and/or computer vision systems
• Experience with model evaluation and performance optimization
• Experience deploying AI models in cloud environmentsUnderstanding of API-based integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Sufficient English proficiency for client communication
