Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт Data Scientist или AI Engineer, создание и развёртывание AI/ML решений в продакшене.
• Не менее 1 года в генеративных AI решениях, деплой LLM (GPT/Claude Sonnet).
• Сильный Python.
• Понимание принципов ПО-инжиниринга, структур данных, алгоритмов и дизайна паттернов.
• Опыт создания и потребления RESTful API и работы с микросервисной архитектурой.
• Опыт работы с AWS, Azure и/или GCP, деплой и масштабирование моделей в облаке.
• Опыт работы с векторными базами и векторным поиском, оптимизация производительности.
• Бизнес-акумминг: трансляция требований в техрешения.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение объяснять сложные концепты.
• Будет плюсом: LangChain и Streamlit.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и внедрять генеративные AI пайплайны, полный цикл от дизайна до продакшна.
• Проектировать и поддерживать базы знаний на базе векторного поиска.
• Оптимизировать модели и процессы AI по производительности и затратам.
• Готовить спецификации, гайды и презентации по AI для технических и нетехнических стейкхолдеров.
• Участвовать в выборе и внедрении лучших практик генеративного AI в команде.
• Следить за новыми достижениями в области генеративного AI, оценивать технологии и предлагать инициативы.

• Develop and deploy generative AI data pipelines and solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from design to production
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable knowledge bases using vector embeddings
• Optimise generative AI models and processes for performance, scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Produce technical specifications, guides, and presentations explaining AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to defining and adopting generative AI development best practices within the team
• Monitor generative AI advancements, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to prototyping and proposing initiatives

Требования

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer, designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production
• At least 1 year of experience building and implementing generative AI solutions, including production deployments with LLMs such as GPT or Claude Sonnet
• Strong Python proficiency
• Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, with hands‑on experience deploying, scaling, and managing AI/ML models in cloud environments
• Experience with vector databases and vector search technologies, including performance tuning and optimisation
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions delivering measurable value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Proactive, self‑driven, able to lead initiatives, work independently, and collaborate in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment
