Job summary

First Line Software ищет опытного инженера по данным и ML для построения и поддержки конвейеров данных, а также разработки решений на базе Generative AI и LLM.

Ваша задача — разрабатывать архитектуры тестирования моделей, оценивать производительность LLM и сотрудничать с кросс-функциональными командами для повышения качества данных и автоматизации процессов доставки проектов.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI Engineering или Data Science.
• Сильные навыки Python и SQL.
• Практический опыт с Generative AI и LLMs.
• Опыт оценки LLMs по золотым наборам данных, по Benchmark и/или LLM-as-a-Judge.
• Опыт разработки и развёртывания продуктивных ML-решений.

Responsibilities

• Построение и поддержка масштабируемых конвейеров данных и рабочих процессов.
• Разработка фреймворков оценки для Generative AI и LLM.
• Создание и поддержка золотых наборов данных для тестирования моделей.
• Оценка и бенчмаркинг производительности LLM.
• Создание инструментов на базе ML для повышения доставки и автоматизации.
• Развертывание готовых к эксплуатации AI-решений.
• Тесная работа с командами доставки над техническими задачами.
• Постоянное улучшение качества данных, автоматизации и операционной эффективности.
