Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of practical field experience; teaching experience not counted.
• Journeyman/Licensed Technician or NCCER Certified Instructor is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, inclusive lessons translating theory into practical know-how.
• Guide students through diagnostics, maintenance, and repair in residential, commercial, and industrial contexts.
• Collaborate to reflect current codes, tech, and best practices in curriculum.
