Job summary

Universal Technical Institute (UTI) seeks an HVACR Instructor to shape students' skills through hands-on teaching and real-world HVACR training. You will guide practical demonstrations and foster a dynamic learning environment, emphasizing safety and industry relevance.

With 4+ years in refrigeration and HVAC, you will collaborate with educators to update curricula, mentor projects, and support student success, including paid training and tuition benefits for you and eligible dependents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of practical HVAC experience (refrigeration, commercial/residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.).
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10-30 certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate with an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing HVACR systems.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to enhance courses and align with industry trends.
