Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is seeking an ABAT Trainee in Humble, TX. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience while helping children improve communication and behavior under supervision.

You will support therapists, participate in team meetings, and help maintain a safe, organized learning space in a supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
• Passion for working with children and a desire to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to professional development.
• Previous experience in a therapeutic or educational setting is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications as required.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
