RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Cypress, TX is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Technician/Therapist to support children with special needs and their families. You will implement individualized ABA-based activities under supervision in a collaborative setting.

You’ll conduct assessments, track progress, reinforce speech and social skills, and communicate with families in English and Spanish. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualificações

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Conduct assessments and track progress for clients with behavioral and speech challenges.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development.
• Support children in social interactions and communication through play-based activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and provide support in both English and Spanish.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other therapists.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in ABA therapy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and training as required by the state.
