Job summary

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack, unifying compute, environments, evaluations, sandboxes, and deployment for frontier-scale post-training systems. You will work on post-training and evaluation systems for multimodal agents across browsers, desktops, and cross-application workflows, with external collaboration as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with multimodal agents, browser/desktop automation, RL, or long-horizon agent evaluation.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging training, post-training, and evaluation loops.
• Strong experimental judgment and ability to attribute failures to model, data, or infrastructure.
• Strong Python skills and ability to produce reusable artifacts for researchers and engineers.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and maintaining transparency with partners.

Responsibilities

• Turn real workflows into tasks, environments, evaluations, and reward signals.
• Run post-training experiments against baselines and deploy successful approaches.
• Collaborate with customers, users, or research partners while pursuing a solid research agenda.
• Develop and maintain reusable research components, open-source systems, and production capabilities.
