Job summary

Concurrence is building a clinical AI infrastructure used by health systems, life sciences firms, payers, and government agencies. Our small NYC–SF team focuses on patient-facing care workflows from pre-visit to post-visit care plans.

We’re seeking an Applied AI Delivery Lead to drive cross-account deployments with honest progress and capacity planning across multiple accounts. You will own the delivery plan, align with platform leadership, and ensure timely, measurable outcomes in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Shipped software as an engineer before moving into program management.
• Led delivery across multiple accounts or deployments.
• Built a team's execution system from scratch.
• Fluent in Linear; used its API/integrations to simplify tracking.
• Measured delivery and estimation in a way engineers trusted.
• Earned engineers' respect and maintained direct communication.
• Demonstrated relentless follow-through in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-account delivery plan across all active deployments: dates, dependencies, capacity, and risk.
• Design how Applied AI works in Linear and enforce project structure per account and shared definitions of done.
• Monitor progress, chase updates, and surface slips early.
• Plan capacity and workload with data, including unplanned work and safety reviews.
• Measure on-time delivery and estimation accuracy; attribute slips to the correct cause.
• Triage blockers between applied AI and platform; translate field needs into platform tickets.
• Partner with deployment strategists to reflect real capacity in customer commitments.
• Run a lightweight operating rhythm: async updates, weekly cross-account reviews, and retros.
