Job summary

GEICO seeks a visionary and execution-focused Senior Staff AI Program Manager to shape and scale our core enterprise AI platform initiatives. You will own the definition, orchestration, and evolution of the AI platform roadmap in alignment with business goals, standards, and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology or platform portfolios.
• In-depth expertise in enterprise platforms including developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, shared services, APIs, data platforms, and core enterprise systems.
• Able to engage with architecture and engineering leaders while focusing on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional platform planning, intake, prioritization, and sequencing.
• Oversee platform investment and governance to ensure value realization.
• Partner with AI, Architecture and Application leaders to enable reuse and interoperability.
• Drive execution of complex, multi-team enterprise platform programs with risk management.
