lululemon is seeking an Applied AI/ML Scientist to design, develop, test, and optimize AI/ML solutions for defined business problems within the Enterprise Data & AI team. You will translate business needs into production-ready models and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy them into production workflows.

Requires 4–8 years of AI/ML experience, a degree in CS/ML/math (Masters preferred), and proficiency with Python, PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms.

• 4–8 years of AI/ML experience or equivalent research experience.
• Experience applying state-of-the-art AI/ML models to real-world use cases.
• Experience designing AI/ML approaches and conducting experiments to improve performance.
• Ability to translate AI/ML insights into business goals and drive production-ready solutions.
