Luminary is seeking an Applied AI Lead to shape how clients experience AI within wealth transfer and trust planning workflows. You will work across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to tailor AI implementations and continuously improve outputs.

This role emphasizes direct customer collaboration, practical AI capabilities, and scalable playbooks to drive adoption. You will own end-to-end AI configuration, partner with customers to align with their workflows, and help define best

Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate workflow needs into product decisions.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or customer implementations.
• Strong written communication and client-facing output skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of Luminary AI for each customer through prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Design and configure client-specific AI outputs to reflect firm preferences and standards.
• Define reusable prompt libraries, templates, and implementation patterns.
• Collaborate with customers to understand trust and estate planning decisions and improve AI quality and adoption.
• Work with Product and Engineering to turn customer learnings into reusable platform capabilities.
• Support sales by demonstrating AI capabilities and illustrating firm-specific customization value.
• Lead post-sale implementation and ongoing optimization of AI configurations.
• Develop implementation playbooks and best practices to scale AI adoption.
