You will earn the trust of operators, executives, and control functions while shaping platform capabilities and influencing product direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance, owning or governing key processes.
• Ability to translate operational processes into precise specifications for builds.
• Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders and executives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and how AI can assist decision-making.
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous startup environment with travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the domain authority on customer deployments from discovery through production.
• Translate operational processes into precise specifications for build teams (decision points, roles, rules, thresholds).
• Build trust with customer operators, executives, and control functions.
• Provide feedback to Product and Core AI to scale deployments as platform capabilities.
• Assist commercial teams in evaluating opportunities within the industry.
