This is a high-impact role for someone who can own projects from inception through scaling, shaping full stack systems, and delivering reliable, user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with a track record of delivering products at scale.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with experience building backend services and frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in database design, API development, and system architecture.
• Experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular and Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Thrives in early-stage startup environments.
• Enjoy engaging directly with customers to shape technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping high-performing engineering cultures.
• Commitment to continuous learning across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Drive full stack technical vision through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead complex frontend, backend, and system integration projects.
• Build end-to-end features from database to UI.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and microservices; craft frontend experiences.
• Improve engineering processes to scale productivity and reliability.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflow challenges and deliver solutions.
