You’ll work on-site most days and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible value. You will guide AI engagements from problem framing to deployment, mentor engineers, and ensure deliverables meet business impact expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in AI or software engineering leadership.
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI-powered products and platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 2–4 AI engagements with different cadences.
• Build and mentor a 2–4-person AI engineering squad within Applied AI Acceleration.
• Review code, help solve hard problems, and ensure feasible AI solutions.
• Identify real problems, validate feasibility, and decide what to ship.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs to technical tradeoffs.
• Derive reusable components, playbooks, or templates from engagements.
