Palantir Technologies is hiring software engineers for the Defense Applied AI product team. You will own the end-to-end Agent experience, collaborating with users and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI-powered workflows for defense and intelligence applications.

You will design intuitive interfaces, fine-tune performance for low latency, and drive features from experimentation through production deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes for mission-critical use cases.

Formación

• Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
• Strong software engineering skills with production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Engineering background in CS/Math/SE/Physics or similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to iterate with teammates and maintain high quality.
• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents to assist defense and intelligence users with investigations, data analysis, planning, and action recommendations.
• Improve agent experience via data-driven evaluations of memory, tool and skill design, and context management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user workflows and ensure cohesive experiences across product boundaries.
• Create intuitive interfaces that let users direct agents, monitor progress, inspect evidence, review proposed actions, and refine outcomes.
• Own features from experimentation to production deployment, turning mission needs into reusable capabilities.
• Analyze performance to optimize speed and scalability for large-scale data.
