Qualifications

• Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
• Strong software engineering skills delivering production applications.
• Proficiency in React and Typescript.
• Engineering background in CS, Math, Software Engineering or Physics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to iterate with teammates.
• Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents to help defense and intelligence users investigate questions and produce actionable work.
• Improve agent experience via data-driven evals across memory, tool and skill design, context management and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless experiences across product boundaries.
• Build intuitive interfaces for directing agents, tracking progress, and inspecting evidence.
• Own features from early experimentation through production deployment with users, designers, and engineers.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability through performance analysis on large data sets.
